Daily MY2012 Three Years Free Elements Service Contract

These terms and conditions set out the eligibility criteria for each of the offers referred to below, and when read in conjunction with the terms of any facility agreement, constitute the terms of the Agreement between the parties. We invite you to read them carefully and make sure you understand them before signing your agreement to purchase:

The vehicles must be ordered with the Dealership during the period 1st January 2012 to the 31st March 2012
The vehicles must be registered during the period 1st January 2012 to the 31st March 2012
The offer is based on a 36 months Elements Service Contract, 30,000 km or 20,000 miles per year
The Servicing Package includes Parts & Labour
The offer is not applicable to any Dealer quotation issued to customers prior to the 1st January 2012
The offer is subject to availability at participating Iveco Dealerships
No cash alternative to the Three Year Free Elements Service Contract will be offered and the Service Contract is not transferable.
The Daily MY2012 Three Year Free Elements Service Contract is not cumulative with Daily MY2012 Low Rate Hire Purchase Campaign available in the period however is cumulative with Daily 3.5t MY2012 £12 Per Day Campaign available in the period

Daily 3.5t MY2012 Low rate Hire Purchase Campaign

This offer is valid for Retail Customers only
This offer is applicable to new Iveco vehicles only
This offer is applicable to stock vehicles MY2012 as of the 1st January 2012, participating dealerships only
This offer is applicable for all Daily 3.5t Standard Pack, Daily 3.5t Plus Pack as well as Daily 3.5t Top Pack
All Daily MY2009 are strictly excluded from this initiative
To be eligible for the offer Customers are required to request their unique “Customer Promotional Code” through the website www.ivecovehicles.co.uk and provide their code to an approved Iveco Distributor
The Customer Promotional Code can be used for multiple purchases. If a customer buys more than one vehicle, a unique promotional code is enough to obtain the Daily 3.5t MY2012 Low rate HP against all units. In order to be eligible Customers must present their promotional code prior to placing the order with the Dealership
The vehicles must be ordered with the Dealership during the period 1st January 2012 to the 31st March 2012
The vehicles must be registered during the period 1st January 2012 to the 30th June 2012
The offer is based on an Iveco Capital Limited choice of Two, Three or Four-Year, Low flat rate Hire Purchase with a 10% deposit followed by respectively 24, 36 and 48 monthly payments
Communicated Low Flat rates are 1.2% over Two years, 2.012% over Three years or 2.4% over Four years
The 10% deposit is excluding of VAT

Test Drive Initiative

Open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 and over. Entries limited to one per person, no bulk or third-party entries permitted. Promoter and Promoter Franchise employees and members of their family are excluded from this competition.
Entrants must possess a full, clean driver’s licence.
Gift incentive apply for all Daily MY2012 Dealer demonstrator units from 3.5t to 7t included, all Daily MY2009 demonstration are strictly excluded from this initiative.
Subject to demonstrator stock availability at participating Iveco Dealerships.
Prizes are gained by booking a test drive via ivecovehicles.co.uk and completing a test drive between 1st December 2011 to the 31st March 2012.
The participant must fill in all mandatory fields marked * on the Appraisal Form and thereafter prizes will be posted to participant’s postal address
Prizes include a selection of Brand Iveco/Superman T-shirts, Baseball Caps, mugs, key chains, lanyards and pens.
Appraisal form submission is not proof of receipt.
No responsibility can be accepted for entries incomplete, delayed, damaged, wrongly delivered or not received for any reason. Gift allocation will be made at random, no cash alternative to the prize will be offered and the prize is not transferable. The promoter reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal value should circumstances make this necessary.

Facebook Competition

Open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 and over. Entries limited to one per person, no bulk or third-party entries permitted. Promoter employees and members of their family are excluded from this competition.
Entry is gained by correctly answering the competition and providing all requested information, between 23rd November 2011 and 31st March 2012. Closing date for receipt of all entries is 31st March 2012. No entry fee or purchase necessary. Incomplete or partial entries will be excluded from the competition.
There will be 5 prize draws for the IVECO prizes drawn each month. The first will be for all correct entries received between 23rd November 2011 and 23rd December 2011. Subsequent draws will be made on the last day of each month between January 2012 and March 2012. There will be 5 winners drawn each month each receiving one prize of either IVECO branded T-Shirt, USB Stick, Mug or Tie, Scale Model of New Daily vehicles and Baseball caps. Prizes will be selected at random and all selections will be final.
There will be 1 additional prize draw made from all correct and complete entries that are received between 23rd November 2011 and 31st March 2012
There will be 1 winner drawn at random and will receive one prize of an Apple iPad 2 White (with WiFi – 16GB (Features include: IOS 4, Multi-touch 9.7” LED Display, Apple A5 Processor, SD front & HD rear cameras)

An independent person will draw at random the winning entries from all entries received. Each winner will be notified by email or post within 28 days of the closing date. The Eurocargo 7.5t Low Rate Hire Purchase Campaign applies to Chassis only, monthly incremental cost per £1,000 of additional ancillaries equipment and/or bodywork are available on request from participating Dealerships

This offer is applicable to both Network stock vehicles and factory orders
The offer is applicable to base models Stralis AS440S45TX/P Super3 6×2 and Stralis AT440S45TX/P
Distribution (AT Sleeper Cab) both in white, standard configuration. Other vehicle configurations can be
eligible for this specific offer in terms of Axle configuration (6×2 to 4×2) and Cab Type (AS Super3 to AT
Cab). Additional customer options will require prior acceptance and will be priced accordingly. Modification
in term of mileage per annum as well as length of the agreement are priced accordingly based on a set
incremental cost per Week basis

Kilometres Per Annum
A “Break Clause” option is available on the Two-Year contract, 3 axles configuration units, regardless of
annual mileage allowance
Any Two-Year contract for 2 axles units or Three, Four or Five-Year contract for both 2 and 3 axles units are
strictly excluded for the “Break Clause” option
The “Break Clause”, when applicable, is exercisable at 12 Months giving a 3 Month notice period i.e.
Vehicle returns at 15 Months from the date of contract inception
The offer remains subject to approval by Iveco Capital Limited. Offers available to Business Users only
The maximum volume of vehicles per Customer is limited to Five Units. Customers requiring a quantity of
Six or more vehicles will need the prior consent of Iveco Capital Ltd
Normal return conditions apply. Vehicles must be restored to plain white upon return
Excess mileage charges apply

Any other vehicle configuration will make the vehicle ineligible for this specific offer. Additional customer options or different requirements in term of mileage will require prior acceptance and will be priced accordingly.

Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Disputes arising here shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, any trademark, logo, picture, drawing, sound, music, film, software or anything else present in the Site (hereinafter referred to as “Items”) are covered by relevant rights that protect their ownership such as, by way of example and not exhaustively, trademark rights, patent rights, copyright, etc.. Said rights are all lawfully held by Iveco or licensed to Iveco by the lawful owners received in concession by Iveco from the lawful owners. Any use of the Items (copying, including partial copying, hardcopy, etc.) other than strictly personal use is therefore forbidden.
