Daily ‘VAT Only’ Deposit Hire Purchase Campaign

These terms and conditions set out the eligibility criteria for each of the offers referred to below, and when read in conjunction with the terms of any facility agreement, constitute the terms of the Agreement between the parties. We invite you to read them carefully and make sure you understand them before signing your agreement to purchase:

  • This offer is valid for Limited companies only
  • This offer is applicable to new Iveco vehicles only
  • This offer is applicable to all Daily MY2009 as well as MY2012, stock vehicles as well as factory ordered vehicles from the 1st April to the 30th June 2012
  • This offer is applicable for all Daily from 3.5t to 7t, Vans and/or Chassis cabs, Standard, Plus or Top pack
  • To be eligible for the offer Customers are required to request their unique “Customer Promotional Code” through the website www.ivecovehicles.co.uk and provide their code to an approved Iveco Distributor
  • The Customer Promotional Code can be used for multiple purchases. If a customer buys more than one vehicle, a unique promotional code is enough to obtain the Daily ‘VAT Only’ Deposit Hire Purchase against all units. In order to be eligible Customers must present their promotional code prior to placing the order with the Dealership
  • The vehicles must be ordered with the Dealership during the period 1st April 2012 to the 30th June 2012
  • The vehicles must be registered during the period 1st April 2012 to the 30th September 2012
  • The offer is based on an Iveco Capital Limited minimum Two Year, Hire Purchase with no Deposit, only VAT payment upfront
  • The offer remains subject to approval by Iveco Capital Limited. Offers available to Limited companies only
  • Iveco Capital Terms & Conditions apply
  • The offer is not applicable to any Dealer quotation issued to customers prior to the 1st April 2012
  • The offer is subject to availability at participating Iveco Dealerships
  • Iveco reserves the right to terminate the offer at any time without prior notice

Test Drive Initiative

  • Open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 and over. Entries limited to one per person, no bulk or third-party entries permitted. Promoter and Promoter Franchise employees and members of their family are excluded from this competition.
  • Entrants must possess a full, clean driver’s licence.
  • Gift incentive apply for all Daily MY2012 Dealer demonstrator units from 3.5t to 7t included, all Daily MY2009 demonstration are strictly excluded from this initiative.
  • Subject to demonstrator stock availability at participating Iveco Dealerships.
  • Prizes are gained by booking a test drive via ivecovehicles.co.uk and completing a test drive between 1st April 2012 to the 30th June 2012.
  • The participant must fill in all mandatory fields marked * on the Appraisal Form and thereafter prizes will be posted to participant’s postal address
  • Prizes include a selection of Brand Iveco/Superman T-shirts, Baseball Caps, mugs, key chains, lanyards and pens.
  • Appraisal form submission is not proof of receipt.
  • No responsibility can be accepted for entries incomplete, delayed, damaged, wrongly delivered or not received for any reason. Gift allocation will be made at random, no cash alternative to the prize will be offered and the prize is not transferable. The promoter reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal value should circumstances make this necessary.

Eurocargo Manual Gearbox 3rd Year Driveline Warranty

  • Open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 and over. Entries limited to one per person, no bulk or third-party entries permitted. Promoter employees and members of their family are excluded from this competition.
  • This offer is valid for Business users only
  • This offer is applicable to new Iveco vehicles only
  • This offer is applicable to both Network stock vehicles (fitted with Manual Gearbox) as of 1st April 2012 from 7.5 to 18t (i.e. 75E to 180E models derivatives) and factory ordered vehicles between the 1st April 2012 to 30th June 2012
  • The vehicles must be ordered during the period 1st April 2012 to the 30th June 2012
  • The vehicles must be registered during the period 1st April 2012 to the 30th September 2012
  • The Eurocargo Manual Gearbox 3rd Year Driveline Warranty is provided by Iveco Ltd
  • The total warranty over 3 years is limited to a maximum of 360,000 kilometres
  • The offer is subject to availability at participating Iveco Dealerships

Stralis Tractor Free Two Year Elements Motion Repair & Maintenance

  • This offer is valid for Retail Customers only
  • This offer is valid for Business users only
  • This offer is applicable to new Iveco vehicles only
  • This offer is applicable to both Network stock vehicles and factory ordered vehicles
  • The offer is applicable for all Stralis Tractor models in both 6×2 and 4×2 configuration
  • To be eligible for this specific offer Customers are required to request their unique “Customer Promotional Code” through the website www.ivecovehicles.co.uk and provide their code to an approved Iveco Distributor
  • The Customer Promotional Code can be used for multiple purchases and across multiple offers. In order to be eligible the Customer must present the promotional code prior to placing the order with the Dealership
  • The vehicles must be ordered during the period 1st April 2012 to the 30th June 2012
  • The vehicles must be registered during the period 1st April 2012 to the 30th September 2012
  • The offer is available for customer purchasing one or more Iveco Stralis Tractor unit on Outright purchase. Customer will then receive a Free Two-Year Elements Repair & Maintenance Contract, for up to 120,000 kilometres per annum
  • The offer is subject to availability at participating Iveco Dealerships
  • Iveco reserves the right to terminate the offer at any time without prior notice

Stralis Tractor Flexi-Hire Product

These terms and conditions set out the eligibility criteria for each of the offers referred to below, and when read in conjunction with the terms of any facility agreement, constitute the terms of the Agreement between the parties. We invite you to read them carefully and make sure you understand them before signing your agreement to purchase:

  • This offer is valid for Retail Customers only
  • This offer is valid for Business Users and Limited Companies only
  • This offer is applicable to new Iveco vehicles only
  • This offer is applicable to both Network stock vehicles and factory ordered vehicles
  • The offer is applicable to base models Stralis AS440S45TX/P Super3 6×2. Other vehicle configurations can be eligible, confirmation available on request. Additional customer options and / or additional mileage options will require prior acceptance and will be priced accordingly
  • To be eligible for this specific offer Customers are required to request their unique “Customer Promotional Code” through the website www.ivecovehicles.co.uk and provide their code to an approved Iveco Distributor
  • The Customer Promotional Code can be used for multiple purchases and across multiple offers. In order to be eligible the Customer must present the promotional code prior to placing the order with the Dealership
  • The vehicles must be ordered before June 30th and registered before September 30th 2012
  • The offer includes Full Repair & Maintenance Contract and Tyre replacement
  • The “Option to Break” is exercisable by giving 3 months written notice to Iveco Capital within 2 weeks of the chosen contract anniversary. i.e. If the applicable break option is exercisable at 12 months and notice is received at 12 months the vehicle returns at 15 months from the date of contract inception
  • The offer remains subject to approval by Iveco Capital Limited
  • Iveco Capital Terms and Conditions apply
  • Normal return conditions apply. Vehicles must be restored to plain white upon return
  • Vehicles supplied without the subsequent RFL option being included and returned under the “Option to Break” are required to be returned with at least 6 months RFL
  • Excess mileage charges apply
  • The offer is subject to availability at participating Iveco Dealerships
  • Iveco reserves the right to terminate the offer at any time without prior notice

Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Disputes arising here shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
